As in di ako nag-stop dahil sa radio. Araw-araw akong nag-work. So it kept me going. Gumawa ako ng sarili kong mental health advocacy. I was able to provide a lot for people in need,” aniya.
“I wrote a song pa about it. About mental health as well. Kasi may ADHD ako. I had a hard time with my attention. I also had a bit of anxiety. Everyone has something that they’re going through and sometimes iyong suffering nila is inside and in silence. So, it’s important to have yourself checked. To have someone to talk to.
” A little bit sa start. Medyo I was a little bit sad about certain things. May mga family member na namatay because of pandemic and then nag-iisa lang ako sa condo. Ang daming pumapasok sa utak. It’s always important to have someone to talk to. Di ka puwedeng hermit lang. You need to be able to have conversation with people and it’s okay not to be okay. You have to understand na wala namang perfect,” paliwanag niya.
It’s a feel good show.
Minsan nakaka-seven or eight shows ako. Minsan scriptwriter. I want live performances. Now, siya na ang naging bread and butter ko and it pays well,” esplika niya.
Sa ngayon, wala akong time. The problem is my radio, di ako puwedeng mag-leave. Puwede akong mag-guest but depende sa time,” ani Markki.
“It’s a mega app that caters to your medical needs, derma, eye care. everything, all in one app. It’s fantastic to find out that technology is able to bring us closer to be able to save more lives…because it’s all available within the touch of your fingers. You can book anything or something online or schedule sa watch mo. With mwell watch also, you can track your steps or track your calorie count and it’s just fantastic for our well-being.
