Sinabi ni Ricky Vargas, team governor ng TNT Tropang Giga, naintindihan nila at magpahalaga ng adhikain ni Harvey na manateli sa kanyang pamilya sa USA.

Si Harvey ay fourth overall pick ng TNT sa 2003 PBA Rookie Draft. Nagwagi siya ng seven championship sa team. at naging All Star sa 2011. Pasok din si Carey sa Second Mythical Team sa 2003 at naging bahagi ng All-Defensive Team sa 2007.
