SI Sofia David ay kabilang sa patuloy na dumaraming talents ng kilalang manager na si Jojo Veloso.
Prior sa pagsabak sa showbiz, si Sofia ay naging model. Sa kasalukuyan, may clothing shop business sila ng kanyang mga kapatid.
Paaano siya napasok sa kuwadra ng isang Jojo Veleoso?
Esplika ni Sofia, “I heard that he was looking for new faces and talents po. Kaya I went there para mag-go see.
“Kilala naman natin lahat din po si tito, the one and only tito Jojo Veloso… so without any doubt pumunta agad ako roon, kasi I’ve been dreaming this for my whole life talaga and now that I’m here na, I will not just promise to do my best, but I will give my best to do anything para makamit ko ang aking dreams.”
Nabanggit niya kung anong klaseng movie at role ang type niya.
Aniya, “Any movies and roles naman will do. I am open for anything para sa akin po, but I’m more into something sexy if ever.
“Kasi it’s my way of showing how confident I am even with all my flaws. Like I wanna be the voice of women who has lack self esteem, po. Kasi before, I was very insecure about myself, but then I learned to accept and embrace myself and now here I am, trying to make a difference in life.
“So, I want it also to be a lesson to women, maging aral sa kapwa ko babae that you can do whatever you want as long as you’re confident. So yun lang po, ang haba na ng explanation ko, hahaha! And I want to take this opportunity to thank Tito Jojo Veloso of Philmoda Artist and Model Management for trusting and believing in me and also to you po sir Nonie.”
Pagdating naman sa ating local actors, sina Diego Loyzaga at Benz Sangalang ang itinuturing niyang pinaka-sexy sa lahat.
Nakangiting wika ni Sofia, “Maraming sexy actors dito sa atin, but the one that always caught my attention talaga is si Diego Loyzaga. Why Diego? He has this manly features and strong sex appeal, kasi. Na parang bad boy, but kinda sweet and sexy at the same time.
“And pati si Benz Sangalang, we are in the same management and I saw most of his movies… he’s a very great actor, aside from his very sexy and fit body. I would also love to work with Benz in the near future.”
