NAARESTO ng Quezon City Police District (QCPD) ang Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) “National Most Wanted Person” sa operasyon ng Fairview Police Station 5 (PS5), DID-QCPD, IG-ISOD at Sorsogon PNP sa Quezon City, Huwebes ng hapon.
Kinilala ang naaresto na si Noel Guevarra, 36 anyos, tubong Bicol, Sorsogon, residente ng Barangay Greater Fairview, Quezon City.
Ayon sa ulat, 4:00 ng hapon nang isagawa ang operation sa Dahlia St., Brgy. Greater Fairview.
May warrant of arrest si Guevarra sa kasong Rape na inilabas December 2019 at Statutory Rape sa sala ni RTC 5th Division Honorable Judge Bernardo Jimenez ng Sorsogon City.
Samantala, naaresto rin ng PS5 si Nasser Linog, 39, ng Bayer St., Brgy. North Fairview, Q.C., Huwebes ng hapon.
Nahaharap si Linog sa kasong Attempted Homicide sa sala ni Hon. Analie Oga-Brual, Presiding Judge ng Branch 41, MTC, Quezon City.
Isang pang wanted person ang sinilbihan ng warrant of arrest ng Novaliches Police Station (PS 4) na si Jonathan Mendoza, 45, ng Dantes II Sudb., Brgy. Nagkaisang Nayon, Q.C. na nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa R.A. 10291, Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition.
