ANG Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) ay magsasagawa ng three-day national team tryouts sa bubble environment ngayon buwan sa Subic, ayon kay PNVF president “Tats” Suzara.
Tryouts para sa men’s at women’s volleyball teams ay nakatakda sa April 28 at 29 sa Subic Gym,Habang ang para sa men’s at women’s beach volleyball squads ay naka iskedyul sa April 30 sa Subic Tennis Courts.
Sinabi ni Suzara na ang imbitasyon para sa indoor tryouts ay pinadala sa 40 women at 40 men habang 20 women at 20 men ang sa beach volleyball.
“The PNVF is currently prioritizing its elite/high-performance initiatives through the National Team Commission,” Wika ni Suzara. “The national team will be focusing on the 31st Southeast Asian Games in Hanoi in December.”
Athletes, coaches, organizers at officials na kasangkot ay isailalim sa RT-PCR test 48 hours bago ang tryouts.
Suzara at PNVF secretary general Donaldo Caringal at Medical Commission head Dr. Jose Raul Canlas ay makipagpulong sa Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority opisyal at Philippine Red Cross officers sa Subic Gym sa Lunes para e-finalize ang health at safety protocols.
“These tryouts are needed in order for the athletes to be at their optimal condition prior to key competition events this year,” Sambit ni Suzara.
