NAT’L LAND USE POLICY ITINUTULAK NI MARCOS

MULING iginiit ni Pang. Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ang pangangailangang magkaroon ng land use policy sa Pilipinas.

Ginawa ni PBBM ang pahayag ilang araw matapos lumusot sa ikatlo at huling pagbasa sa House of Representatives ang panukalang National Land Use Act (NLUA).

“But now, allow me to reiterate the urgency of enacting a [National] Land Use Policy for our country, which is a priority legislative agenda of this Administration,” wika ni Marcos sa kanyang talumpati sa Pier 88 Grand Launching sa Liloan, Cebu nitong weekend.

Sinabi ng Pangulo na titiyakin niya na ang proposed measure ay mabibigyan ng karampatang atensiyon dahil sa kahalagahan nito sa holistic national development ng bansa.

“This time, we will see to it that this measure shall be given [the] urgent attention that it deserves, cognizant of its fundamental importance to our holistic national development,” wika ng Presidente.

Samantala, binigyang diin ni Pang. Marcos na dapat tiyakin din ng mga lokal na pamahalaan na ang kanilang physical o land use plans ay tumatalima at nakalinya sa national plan. (GILBERT PERDEZ)
