Ayon kay PCAP Commissioner Paul Elauria, ang una’t naghaharing World Champion ng Fischer-Random Chess ay aayuda sa ikalawang yugto ng liga na nasa buwenamanong pagsulong pa lamang sa taong kssalukuyan.. Bukod sa paunlak na pag-gamit ng kanyang pangalan, ang Super Grandmaster ay maglalaan din ng pondo para sa cash prize ng torneo.
Tanging hiling lamang ni SGM ayon kay Elauria, ay matiyak na ang premyong salapi ay maipapamahagi mismo sa mga manlalaro.
Nais lamang ni SGM Wesley So na direktang matulungan ang mga manlalaro.

It only confirms that SGM So is true to his words that he remains a Filipino by heart and confirms his continued support to the Pinoy chess players. Susulong ang PCAP second conference, mula Mayo hanggang Hulyo 2021, ito ay sasangkapan ng international players na magre-reinforce sa 24 koponan ng PCAP.
“The format will give the Filipino players a chance to test the skills of their foreign counterparts and will thus add excitement to our games.”, ani pa Elauria.
Ang PCAP ang natatanging professional chess league sa bansa at ito ay may basbas ng Games and Amusements Board sa pamumuno ni Chairman Baham Mitra.(Danny Simon)
